A large, fine cast essays Oliver Stone's quickly done dramatization of George W. Bush's life before and during the presidency; Stone's promise to be fair and balanced was met with rolled eyes by supporters and detractors alike, but the PG-13 rating and the initial word of mouth suggests that the film avoids the presumed wholesale skewering of the man and his circle.
